INTRO TO PILATES
Begin your SHRED journey with confidence through our Intro to Pilates offerings. While not required, we highly recommend this experience to elevate your practice, deepen your understanding of the equipment, and help you perform at your highest potential in every class.
Choose a Private Intro Session for a fully personalized introduction tailored to your body and goals, or join our Intro to Pilates Group Class, a welcoming small-group setting designed to teach you the core principles of Pilates. Both pathways ensure you feel strong, supported, and thoroughly prepared to step into any Reformer class with ease.
REFORMER PILATES
A SHRED favorite, Reformer Pilates builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness. With a maximum of 5 people per class, you’ll get the individual coaching you need while still enjoying the energy of a group setting. Our small format lets us tailor every movement to all levels through thoughtful cues, modifications, and variations.
New to Pilates? We recommend starting with an Intro to Reformer (class or private) to get the most out of your group experience.
PRIVATE REFORMER
Our private sessions are fully tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Each session deepens your connection to the work, builds strength and control, and offers focused attention exactly where you need it. Private appointments are booked directly with the studio, and we’re happy to coordinate a time that works best for your schedule.
We also offer semi-private, trio, and quad sessions—perfect for pairs or small groups who want to SHRED together. These formats provide a motivating, shared experience while still maintaining individualized coaching. Please note that we do not pair clients; these sessions are reserved for friends, family, or anyone you choose to bring with you.
