FAQ

DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Classes tend to fill quickly. We highly recommend making a reservation online (see the Schedule Tab). If a class is full, waitlist! Often, our clients get off of the waitlist. Please note the late cancellation policy applies to the waitlist.

WHAT IS YOUR WAITLIST POLICY?

You are committing to the class when you sign up via the waitlist. SHRED has no control over when you will be notified that you made it into the class. You may receive notice several hours or minutes before the start of class due to late cancellations and no-shows. If you are admitted from the waitlist and do not show up, it is considered a late cancellation, and your account will be charged. You will not be charged if you remove yourself from the waitlist before class.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before the class and 12 hours for a private session. Once your space is canceled, the class will be placed back into your account. You will be charged for the class if you forget to cancel.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY, AND DO CLASSES EXPIRE?

We do not offer refunds for any reason. Our classes do not expire. SHRED has no contracts or memberships.

I AM NEW TO PILATES. WHERE DO I START?

If you are brand new to Pilates, we require a Private Intro to introduce you to the equipment, walk you through the basic principles, and take you through the introductory moves.

If you are well versed in Pilates or anywhere between, we will design a Private session to work for your level. The Intro is not required for clients who have Reformer Pilates experience.

Private Intro to Pilates is 45 minutes.  Please email Elizabeth@shredbody.com to arrange your Private.
