All you need is a Chair or Countertop. If you have hand weights grab them, but they are not necessary.
Both classes will challenge you as if you were in the studio.

Pilates at SHRED approaches the work from a traditional method as created by Joseph Pilates with a creative twist. SHRED offers two Reformer Pilates classes. Both are appropriate for all levels and abilities.
Increase your core strength while rewarding yourself with better posture and alignment. Tone your abdominals, back, glutes, arms, and legs while your lengthen. It's not unusual to see an increase in your height due to improved posture. Pilates is rehabilitative, preventative and excellent for athletes looking to improve their sports performance.
Private Intro to Reformer
Private Intro to Reformer is a great way to launch into your Pilates practice at SHRED. While this is not a requirement, it is suggested so that you can perform at your maximum potential within every class. The private session is tailored to your ability. You will learn the equipment and principles, allowing you to get the most from every session. The Intro is 45 minutes. Please email to schedule your 45-minute Private Intro to Reformer. Reformer 40 is a cardio blast! Rock your core with the Cardio-Tramp. The class is a high energy total body workout that makes use of the trampoline while on the Reformer. Working through transitions and keeping the focus on constant movement. You will reap the benefits of a core-centric total body burnout. This is a 40-minute class.
Pilates experience is required as this class moves fast. If you are new to Pilates at SHRED, please email to arrange a 45-minute Private Intro to Reformer.
In a Reformer Pilates class, you can expect to use much or all of the apparatus. You will have access to the reformer, mat, tower, jump board, as well as other props. Reformer Pilates is 1 hour.
Chair Pilates will help to build core strength and balance. There is nothing easy about Chair. The apparatus is a lie detector to the body and form.
Chair Pilates is a 50 minute class, split between Chair and Mat work.Prepare to sweat. An Intro to Pilates is required before attending Chair Pilates.
SHRED Barre will tone, tighten, strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the body. Getting deep within the stabilizing muscles this class will challenge your balance and stability. With a blast of cardio movements and a touch of flexibility training, this is the perfect workout to achieve that long lean dancer look. For 1 hour SHRED Barre will challenge you to to shake, sweat, dance and achieve your goals.
Barre Burn is no ordinary Barre class. Elements taken from ballet combined with cardio conditioning will enable you to SHRED yourself. For 45 minutes you will shake while you rock your core, burn fat, sweat and tone your way to a new you!
SHRED Spin is a 45 minute, music driven ride that will challenge you to define your fitness level and improve. Our spin classes will increase strength while building endurance. SHRED Spin combines high-energy cardio with our computerized in-studio technology that delivers maximum results.
At the start of class you will work to set a baseline that you will compete against for the classes duration. You are your own competition. This will allow for you to ride stronger and get the most out of your class.
The class is designed for you to challenge your cadence in and out of the saddle. Sprint in all positions, jump, climb a variance of hills and tap it back. We ride hard. Classes are designed for all levels and abilities. You will not need a dance background to spin at SHRED. You will need to push your limits.
Don't worry! You have the option to keep your bike private; you will still receive an email after class letting you know how you did. The SHRED screen is a great motivator.
The music will be bouncing off the walls to help you burn calories and shake a tail feather. The workout is intense but open to all levels. You decide how hard you go. All we ask is that you CHALLENGE YOUR WORKOUT
SHRED Spin on a fast track. 30 Minutes. The class is short which means the ride is intense. CHALLENGE YOUR WORKOUT.
The best of both worlds. SHRED Body combines a 30 minute high-intensity interval training SHRED Spin ride with a 20 minute Mat Pilates session. Full of a series of hills, racing flats and jogs up and down to get your heart rate lifted. When you reach the Mat the attention will shift to core and upper body toning.
Please prepare for an hour as there is a transition time. You will burn and tone.
