SHRED WITH YOUR POD or ONLINE
SHRED has always been a studio focused on the individual workout. Understanding the new world is accompanied by caution and some trepidation; we take every measure to ensure your safety while delivering classes that bring results!
If you have a designated pod, let's move together. SHRED is now booking SHRED Spin, SHRED Body, Mat Pilates & Barre for small groups. For SHRED Spin & SHRED Body, we require 4-6 persons. For Mat Pilates & Barre, 5-7 persons. Being part of a group is a great way to stay focused on your goals and committed to your workouts, as your pod will be counting on you!
Don't have a pod but want to get into SHRED? Let us know, and we will try our best to place you within a group. On the flip side, if you have a small group but need an extra to get started, let us know; maybe someone is looking.
Not only will you get to SHRED, but we will also do our best to meet at your requested days/times. Let us know what class you are interested in and what days/times work best, and we will get started.
If you are not able or not ready to come back in the studio, we hope you will SHRED online with us.
