PRIVATE INTO TO REFORMER

45 Minutes

Private Intro to Reformer is a great way to confidently launch your Pilates practice at SHRED. While this is not a requirement, it is suggested so that you can perform at your maximum potential within every class. The private session is tailored to your ability. You will learn the equipment and principles, so that you feel confident walking into the classroom.

REFORMER PILATES

1 Hour

A favorite of many, Reformer Pilates will leave you feeling stronger and more limber. Because class size is a maximum of 5 persons, you will receive the individual attention so that you truly benefit from the work. A small class allows us to coach all levels and abilities at once. Through modifications and variations, we are able to tailor the exercise to your specific needs.
If you are brand new to Pilates, we request you attend a
Private Intro to Reformer.

CHAIR PILATES

50 Minutes

Chair Pilates will build core strength and improve balance. The apparatus is a lie detector to the body and form.

Chair Pilates will split the work between Chair and Mat work. 


Intro to Pilates is required before attending Chair Pilates.

REFORMER 40

40 Minutes

Reformer 40 is a cardio blast! Rock your core with the Cardio-Tramp. The class is a high energy total body workout that makes use of the trampoline while on the Reformer. Working through transitions and keeping the focus on constant movement. You will reap the benefits of a core-centric total body burnout. 


Pilates experience is required as this class moves fast.

MAT PILATES

45 Minutes

Mat Pilates is a full body workout that maintains constant focus on your powerhouse (core). We will make use of props like the magic circle, weights and balls. Appropriate for all levels but never easy. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.

SHRED BARRE

1 Hour

SHRED Barre will tone, tighten, strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the body. We will protect your spine by calling on your core to prevent "tucking". Getting deep within the stabilizing muscles this class will challenge your balance and stability. With a blast of cardio movements and a touch of flexibility training, this is the perfect workout to achieve that long lean dancer look. SHRED Barre will challenge you to to shake, sweat, dance and achieve your goals.

CARDIO BARRE

45 Minutes

Barre Burn is no ordinary Barre class. Elements taken from ballet combined with cardio conditioning will enable you to SHRED yourself. You will shake while you rock your core, burn fat, sweat and tone your way to a new you!
